I saw the Nurse Midwives at IMC during my pregnancy and had a great experience with all that I met. Lindsey German, Martie Nightingale, and Brandy Brooks were definitely my favorite though.

During my labor and deliver I was so happy to have Lindsey present for the majority of the time. As labor progressed there were complications that required more providers.

Dr. Victoria Chase was the one who ended up delivering my baby and I am so happy she was there. With the complications that were going on, she helped keep me calm and I trusted her expertise.
(Plus, she is just very personable.)

All in all I am so grateful to the entire team of Doctors and Nurses that were there during our entire stay. It was the group effort that kept me and my baby safe.

Came into the ER for what I found out was a kidney infection. I checked in, with the very kind staff, as I was a little disoriented,
they were very patient with me and showed me where to go and where to wait after they took vitals.

I waited no longer than 10-20min before I was taken back for them to ask me what symptoms I was dealing with. Then I was taken to a private room, which I’m not used to where I’m from.

I was seen rather quickly by the two nurses that took care of me the entire time. They asked everything that was ailing me, and then administered medication as needed.

Thankfully taking away the horrible pain I had been enduring for 4 days. They let me rest as I needed, kept me comfortable, made sure I was completely taken care of, while testing my blood and urine to let me know results. I’m truly thankful for the helpful, kind, courteous and thorough staff.

Having problems with pharmacies taking my insurance. Went back to the hospital, and again I was taken care of to the fullest extent.

Explained my situation to the pharmacist through the pharmacy kiosk. Not only did they get my medicine to me within the hour, but also took care of the majority of the cost.

It would’ve been out of pocket $215, that of which I did not have on hand. I’m so grateful for their help.

Christopher (the nurse practitioner i believe he was) in the emergency room working night shift on 6/4/2022 was amazing and made me feel comfortable & like i could trust him .

I’m someone that’s terrified of hospitals due to bad experiences in the past and i left today so at ease. He’s truly a angel on earth & I’m so blessed he’s who i came in contact with today.
